Our names are Richard and Lynn Piper and we have owned and operated Piper Ranch since 1988.  We developed Piper Ranch with our family and friends in mind and have been living off of the land of Piper Ranch for 22 years. During that time, have grown to love all that it has to offer including the surrounding lands and the quality of life it provides. We take immense pride in Piper Ranch and our distinct living areas, so much so, that we invite you to experience this quality of lifestyle we have grown to love.

Our three living areas are situated in what we like to call the "Hub of Maine's Four Seasons of Recreation.” From Maine’s treasured coastline to its rugged mountains and everything in between, there are endless activities and adventures at every turn. From summer’s lush green landscape, to winter’s pure white bliss – the views are as stunning as are the memories associated with them.
