Piper Ranch consists of two distinct living areas: Chickadee and The Homestead. The Homestead offers spanning views of mountains, pastures and our family farm. Chickadee, our newest Piper Ranch development, is located in downtown Buckfield, Maine and just steps away from local shops and businesses.

River’s Edge, a land we are in the process of developing now, will provide its residents with water’s edge living. Beauty at your doorstep everyday, the way life should be.
